90-Day Structured Engagement

The minimum commitment is 90 days because that is how long meaningful platform transformation takes. Within 90 days, operators typically have: a clear capital strategy, IC-ready investor materials, a refined deal structure, and an actionable capital raising plan.

1. Start with a Platform Edge Session ($2,500). This establishes the baseline and confirms mutual fit. The session fee is credited toward your first month. Book your session.
2. If there is mutual fit, we begin the 90-day engagement ($5,000-$7,500/month).
3. You do the work. I provide the institutional playbook, judgment, and access. Weekly sessions keep you accountable and moving.

• You own 3+ properties and want to scale to a 10-40+ asset platform
• You need IC-ready materials, capital raising infrastructure, and deal structuring discipline
• You are willing to be held to institutional standards and do the work

This is not for operators who:

• Want someone to do the work for them (that is Eternal Advisory, Tier 3)
• Are not willing to commit 3-5 hours per week between sessions
• Have not completed a Platform Edge Session first
